When Neha realised that her and Mandira’s sarees were similar, she refused to wear it and insisted on being given another saree. When the channel authorities refused, she walked off the sets in a huff, shut herself up in her vanity van and refused to shoot. The channel and the production team tried persuading Neha to wear the saree, but Neha refused and suggested the option of wearing a western outfit, which she had with her. However, the channel refused to budge and decided to stick with the concept of traditional wear, because the episode had to be aired on Diwali. After much coaxing, Neha agreed to wear the saree.
