Bollywood actor Salman Khan arrived in Sri Lanka early this morning to film his latest movie, Tourism officials told Daily Mirror online. His visit comes despite the Indian Southern Film Industry threatening to boycott his films if he came to the island.
Khan was earlier scheduled to arrive in Sri Lanka yesterday but his arrival was delayed. Khan had reportedly been in discussions with the Sri Lankan government over his latest film and according to reports is expected to stay in the island for over 40 days for the shoot.
The film titled “Ready” is expected to be shot on two luxurious resorts in the island and many famous Indian artistes are expected to arrive in the country over the next few days to begin shooting the film.
