Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif might not be a couple anymore, but she's still there for him when it comes to supporting his charity. Kat joined B'wood's hottest women - Priyanka Chopra, Kareena Kapoor, Bipasha Basu - on the ramp for Salman's Being Human show at HDIL Couture Week.
Also on the ramp were Karisma Kapur Priety Zinta and Sushmita Sen. All the stars wore Manish Malhotra's creations and diamond jewllery by Forevermark.
The theme for the show was 'Fashion Throughout the Ages', with each era of the Hindi film industry defined.
Before the actresses walked down the ramp, a short audio-visual was screened on the particular period and dances were performed to highlight the entertainment of that time.
For instance, the 1930s were defined by tap dance and the 1940s by qawallis.
The first to hit the runway was Priety Zinta, dressed in black, representing 1920s elegance and glamour.
She was followed by Katrina Kaif. Dressed in a long red gown, she depicted the 1930s, known for "Fearless" Nadia for her stunts in films like 'Hunterwali'.
Then, Rani Mukherji walked the ramp in a black velvet choli and white lehenga, bringing alive the elegance of the 1940s.
To recreate the flirtatious 1950s, Bipasha Basu walked the ramp in a short black outfit looking her sexiest best.
The swinging 1960s was dominated by Shammi Kapoor and the rock and roll culture and who better than his grand niece Karisma Kapoor to do justice to it! Draped in a red sari, the actress, who has taken a break from work, oozed glamour and poise.
Then came Sushmita Sen, who depicted the flamboyance and freedom of women in 1970s, dressed in multi-coloured kaftan top and golden mini skirt.
After this it was Priyanka Chopra's turn to wow. Dressed in a white baby-doll dress, she represented the silver screen's glam girls of the 1980s.
After that was Kareena Kapoor, in a smart and sexy black power suit, walking the ramp depicting the women of the 1990s.
Finally, there was Salman, who wore red trousers and a black trench coat with glares and walked the ramp with a smile.
Last year it was all guys for Salman as he had teamed up with stars like Aamir Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt for the show.
This year while he had Katrina on the show, the two never got too close to each other. Preity Zinta was the chosen buffer, and we've got to say - she did a good job!
