Aishwarya Rai's promotional spree for 'Endhiran' ('Robot') has hit a snag with the star having fallen ill. Aishwarya is down with high fever, and had to cancel her trip to Hyderabad for the music launch of the film's Telugu version.
It seems Ash was ready for her flight to Hyderabad, but woke up with a high fever. Her doctor insisted that she stay at home and rest.
Though she couldn't be there for the music launch, Aishwarya did send across her best wishes through a speech. Aishwarya is very close to 'Endhiran' director Shankar with whom she also worked at the start of her career in 'Jeans'.
